Series of Jazz and Classical Concerts with participation of well known musicians from all over the world.
The Concerts are held once a month on Sundays at 5:30 pm at East-West Bookstore in Pikesville. Additional concerts are running in Russian Cultural Center in Washington, DC as well as at the Mansion of the Strathmore in Rockville, MD.
Our believe that these events are very special for both the audience and the performers.
Surrounded by books, paintings, beautiful music in the cozy warm place enjoy the singers and instrumentalists. Listen to the stories about the great musicians and composers of jazz and classic.

One of the greatest contemporary violinists Mark Cheikhet offers a unique blend of abstract art and classical music in the concert "Fusion of the Arts" (Europe/USA tour; Russia, Moscow).
 Graduated with MM and PhD of Moscow Conservatory, violinist Mark Cheikhet is touring widely as a soloist and with chamber ensembles throughout Russia, Germany, Italy, France, Mexico, and the U.S. His recent performances include Brescia-Festa Internazionale Della Musica, a festival of Russian Art in Marseille, France, along with The Promenade festival in Oldenburger, Germany, and RAMA in Boston, MA. Lately Mr. Chaikhet recorded several CDs. Besides the busy life as the concert soloist, Mr.Cheikhet becoming more and more famous as the artist: his paintings has been performed in galleries and exhibitions through the world. East-West Musicales presents the unique concert: "Fusion of the Arts". The Kids venue "The Season" offers the "Spring" concert with Seth Kibel and Nonna Kaler-Slutsky: "Woodwinds for Kids".
The Summer 2012 for Kids:
Concert from "The Seasons" will be feature the theme "Composing and Performing the Opera" with the participation of the audience, - kids and adults (volunteers, of course). Plus shows, students performances, and more.
We really need your help this year! There is no "small" donation. We are hoping each of you can make a minimum contribution of $10.00. If all of you participate in our annual campaign at this level, we can raise funds that are really needed for all our concerts-in-plan to be possible.
